Chester Theatre is undergoing a major enlargement programme. Henry Milner was comissioned to build a detailed model of the new main theatre space. This space is designed to transform from an 800 capacity end on theatre to a smaller capacity with a more intimate stage for the summer show season. The model shows both modes in section for the benefit of those  building the theatre and the public. It was designed to accommodate a mirror so each entire space could be captured photographically.
